Think Software Terms

These terms apply to the use of the Think Software ehf. website and services, Reykjavíkurvegur 66, 220 Hafnarfjörður. By using the site or our services you accept these terms.

Think Software develops and operates software solutions under a specific agreement with each client. Scope, price and delivery are defined in a separate engagement or service agreement. These general terms apply in addition unless stated otherwise in that agreement.

All software, design and content created by Think Software is owned by Think Software unless agreed otherwise in writing. The client receives a usage right in line with the engagement agreement.

Think Software strives to provide reliable services but is not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount the client has paid for the relevant service in the previous 3 months.

Personal data is handled in accordance with our privacy policy, available on the site.

Monthly service subscriptions can be terminated with 30 days notice ending at the next month-end. Custom engagement agreements follow the termination clauses of the respective agreement.

Icelandic law applies to these terms. Disputes that cannot be settled are brought before the District Court of Reykjavík.
