These terms apply to the use of the website and services of Think Software ehf., Reykjavíkurvegur 66, 220 Hafnarfjörður, Iceland. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.
Think Software develops and operates software solutions under separate agreements with each client. Scope, pricing, and delivery are defined in a project or service agreement signed separately. These general terms apply in addition unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
All software, design, and content created by Think Software is the property of Think Software unless otherwise agreed in writing. The client receives a license to use the software as defined in the project agreement.
Think Software strives to provide reliable service but is not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount the client has paid for the relevant service in the last 3 months.
The handling of personal information is governed by our privacy policy, available on our website.
Monthly service subscriptions can be cancelled with 30 days' notice effective at the next month-end. Custom project agreements follow the termination provisions of the respective agreement.
Icelandic law governs these terms. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be referred to the Reykjavík District Court.
